It would seem that JD2 is having a problem connecting to the UL servers. It goes through the connecting cycle but never connects and after a few seconds the error appears and I get blocked again. I was able to download via the browser this morning without any errors. Since they worked, I fired up JD2 and after several failed attempts to connect to the UL servers I got blocked for using too many IP addresses.
