It's still nitroflare.com. The domain is handled internally. Many sites do have multiple/alternative domains and doesn't make sense to add new entry for each one. It's the same service and thus the plugin does handle proper domain automatically

There are user reports/log from UK that .com, and .net is blocked
I have no feedback about new nitro.download domain

I've tested .com, .net and nitro.download and all working fine here
