Hi monolith,
xnxx.com is part of xvideos.com.
A while ago our plugin has been changed (at least for free videos) to find the "original" xvideos.com URL whenever you add xnxx.com URLs.
This means that for xnxx.com URLs, the xvideos.com quality settings do apply.
Go to Settings -> xvideos.com -> Check "Prefer HLS download" and for "Preferred HLS quality", select "Best".
Please check if that solves your problem.
The missing filesize is btw. not a bug.
It is to do less http requests in order to try to not get blocked by xvideos.com when users are adding a lot of URLs.
