Good morning, Jiaz. I regret I did not make myself clear. This ToolTip issue is not common with all Black Themes including Black Moon and Black Star, but occurs ONLY in the case of Javasoft's BlackEye and audio20's and Vinylwalk3r's Modified BlackEye themes.
