According to your log, a MEGA link was tried once which resulted in alldebrid returning the following error:

-> This will then result in MEGA being temporarily disabled/blacklisted for some time.
The tried MEGA link was either modified by you or it is down (I've sent it to you via PN).
I was unable to reproduce this with other MEGA URLs so if you can reproduce it, please provide mega.co.nz example URLs.
Most likely it's the alldebrid API returning a "host unavailable" message instead of "single file unavailable" resulting in an instant global temporary block of mega.co.nz via alldebrid.com via JD.
Also interesting:
I can download the same file via browser via alldebrid.com but when opening it via mega.co.nz, it appears to be offline(?)
Please verify this.
