Rapidgator support has been no help whatsover.

I am having an issue as a premium user only being able to download at about 550KiB/s and I constantly get disconnected.

I had no issues downloading with Uploaded.net but switched to Rapidgator because Uploaded website has issues accepting card payments now. I have no idea why this has been going on for the past 2 months. Any help appreciated.
