Después de tú haber ayudado a 100 usuarios, nos querría bienvenida a tú como miembro oficial del equipo de apoyo. Por favor, póngase en contacto conmigo de nuevo en mayo (O antes), si usted está interesado y han estado ayudando a los usuarios.

Estar en el equipo de apoyo requiere algo más que el conocimiento de JDownloader, sino también el conocimiento sobre los recursos disponibles y los más comunes problemas de los usuarios.
