Auto adjust simultaneous/host downloads limits based on speed limit
Would be nice if there were a way to set the ideal download bandwidth target, and adjust the simultaneous downloads based on if its meeting the target, within a range of course. Would help since some hosts have limits and so you can't always saturate your bandwidth when not around, and you may not want to always flood the pipe with that many simultaneous downloads to ensure its full.
