OS: Win 7 32bit
Java: 1.6b20 (i've downgrade as suggested)
Firewall: no software firewalle installed, port opened on router
Download speed: 600kb/s (ADSL 6Mb)

Sometimes plugin error (out of date), sometimes premium account unchecked during download, but my account is valid!

i added a log!
