I would try a UPNP solution if your router supports UPNP. See "[How to] UPNP reconnect scripts" and/or "Universal UPNP Reconnect".

first fallow remis advice, and if it doesnt work contact me through JDownloader support chat then I can take a look at this with teamviewer. This router creates a session ID, which is generated by a cookie, (looks like it). So in that case a script for this router might not be possible atm. But we can still try, I might be able to figure out different workarounds for you.

UPNP solutions dosen't work.

This router was one of the toughest ones uses and generates md5 based algorithm key, unsolvable try macro programs.

Telnet dosen't work I recive that (my translation) "It is not possible to connect with host at the 23 port".

ok there should be a way to enable the port check your firewall and give access to port 23, that should do the trick. Do google search in your language I'm sure you will come up with many guides for this. Once port 23 is open try again

You probably have to switch on the telnet service in router configuration.
On some Polish forum users claimed that this device uses ports: 23 or 8023.
Unfortunatelly none of them were able to force it to change IP... - it looks like this device is making it automatically (I've checked PL instruction for it, but haven't found anything about telnet or manual reconnect - weird)

Did you log to the router and turned on telnet service?
These options are turned off by default so you'll have to turn them on in router configuration.
Look for: System ->Administration -> Port Menagement (I'm translating from Polish) or something like that when you're logged in router configuration. Note: not all the firmwares of this device have this options.
But still the guys which are using this router and menaged to connect to it via telnet were unsucessful in forcing it to reconnect manually,
