The problem is nothing more than what is stated in the title. Jdownloader 2 won't just download some (not all) of the files from disk.yandex.net.
Here is my log:

23.03.21 19.46.23 <--> 23.03.21 19.49.46 jdlog://4249725302851/

Note: I had written another topic for my problem about disk.yandex.net. That was a hoster problem. But the day after someone fixed it, my downloads weren't able finish. They had gotten into such an infinite downloading circle that I have seen a single .part file taken gigabytes of place. I hope It won't be again.

I've slightly adjusted our handling but this is how it looks like from your log:
1. You're trying to download quota-reached files -> Error
2. You're trying to add a disk.yandex.com account but the login fails.
Can you login fine via browser in that same account?
Please either send your disk.yandex.com login credentials to support@jdownloader.org or try this login method for disk.yandex.com as a workaround.

I can login fine via browser. But when I add my account into Jdownloader 2, It keeps saying "Plugin Outdated"
Without logining downloads don't start or they sometimes start and then say "Public download Quota Reached" I think that's the reason it says "Quota reached"

I will send my login credentials if I have no other choice. Could you just fix this "Plugin Outdated" thing?

No it is account related thus I can't just fix it if I can't reproduce it or at least have a proper log showing why it fails.
However with yesterdays update you should get another errormessage when you try to add your disk.yandex.net account.
Also you can now alternatively use the cookie login method for disk.yandex.net.
With this you might be able to add your account and download these files.

Please post another log and example URLs.
Can you download the same links fine via browser?

Hey, i have the same issue.
When i want to download a Yandex link, i put the link on Jdownloader.
Then JDownloader register less files than there are in Yandex, not even deep searching can get the whole files. Hope there will be a fix.
i have notice that when there are many files it doesn't register all, perhaps a page pagination problem?
