The link grabber(both the automatic and manual) doesn't work on particular set of links. I have went ahead and checked each links and I think I know what sort of links don't work.

This might me hard to understand, but lets say you are in a site and the link is "**External links are only visible to Support Staff** and you clicked a button and went to another page. now your link will be "**External links are only visible to Support Staff** and lets call this going through 1 page. for example, "**External links are only visible to Support Staff** to reach this link you would have to go through 3 pages. and links going through more than 4 pages don't seem to be getting grabbed by the link grabber.

I did look through the advanced setting but I don't quite know which variable directs to what. I'm pretty sure it's a setting problem so help me anyone who knows.

I do not exactly understand what you want so let me quickly explain you how JD works:

1. Supported websites:
For these kind of websites (URLs), JDownloader has plugins and "knows" how to handle them --> Clipboard observation will usually work for those

2. Deep parser:
For all other URLs, they will not be parsed automatically.
But forcing JD to add them, JD will "dumb" scan through the html code and look for URLs which it can then handle via plugins.

Your website might more be of kind #2.
