I see that many users have the same problems, on the site (dropbox forum) they ask similar questions. I read the dropbox rules and they seem senseless to me, because many links I found, e.g. in YouTube descriptions or wherever everything is temp. banned. Dropbox - not a good place to store data.

Dropbox is not meant for heavily public sharing (without paying for it). Even Google does not allow mass public sharing (without paying for it).
