How to download over 5 Gigabytes with Jdownloader from Mega and Pixeldrain?

Mega download won't even start and Pixeldrain stops around 5 Gigabytes and then starts countdown timer and after that there's error.

Pixeldrain should be fine after 5gb the download might be slow (check plugin settings for pixeldrain for "speed limited" enable "Allow speed limited downloads").

JDownloader in it's current state is unable to download files larger than 5GB without a paid account or supported multihoster due to how it downloads.
