I just hit the yellow arrow by accident and deleted hundreds of links from the LinkGrabber tab. Is there a way to restore them and restore the package names I set manually as well?

DO NOTHING. go to your JDownloader/cfg folder and search for downloadList/linkcollector zip with larger size. Then you can
1.) copy backup, close JD and rename larger/largest file to highest number 2.) copy backup, drag drop the file into JDownloader to load/import it again
