after pressing the button, instead of starting the download it stays on an endless loop of opening another browser tab with the button again, and after pressing it still opens the same tab again instead of starting the download. it keeps doing this in a loop unil i manually cancel it

i didnt have this issue with mixdrop on JD before, it worked good as early as a week ago. i hope there is a solution for this because JD is much more convenient than doing this manually

i uninstalled/reinstalled JD itself, removed the browser extension, cleared history, cache, etc and it still has the same problem

Hm strange!

Although I see some skipped captchas in your log, you did answer the captchas but the answer was "wrong" according to the mixdrop API:

{"type":"error","msg":"Failed captcha verification. Please try again. #errcode: 2"}

No idea why this happens and I was unable to reproduce it.

Can you watch the content without any issue via browser?
You do not have to re-install the extension - this is either a serverside issue or a plugin issue.

yes i can watch any file from mixdrop video player without issue

for downloading directly from their site, usually it downloads without issue and sometimes i get that error message "Failed captcha verification. Please try again. #errcode: 2"

after getting the error message, sometimes it goes away after refreshing the page. if it still persists i just download the file from the video player using videodownloadhelper extension

Hm I've been able to exclude typical reCaptcha issues we had in the past.
Which browser are you using to let JD open- and solve the captcha?

So you have the same issue on website too. My best guess, it's some sort of server side issue or something with your Browser/Browser Setup

seems like the issue has gone away and its back to normal, the download starts in JD now after pressing the button

That's the first time i see something like this

Hi! Need to reopen mixdrop case...

Mixdrop is giving error again with Recaptcha. After clicking the button the dl is ommited. Yesterday it was working.

according to your log, this has happened:

jd.plugins.CaptchaException:SkipRequest=BLOCK_PACKAGE

This has possibly happened because of the following bug:


Possible workaround:
Disable the "Audo click" checkbox.
