Okay, there is something wrong, it doesn't work even in the browser if I paste the link again.

Okay, sorry. I didn't know that, this was not working after pasting the link, but it works after clicking, that's why.
Check the Source from the previous post to see if there is a way to bypass it.

I've added referer support for this plugin but you will have to wait for the next update and you will have to delete- and re-add this URL via add links dialog (deep-parser) so that JD can know the referer!

Also, If the referer link is like a key can you improve the plugin, so that when the user is manually pasting only the link, JD will Ask for the referer link as the key in a dialog box? like we see in password-protected links?

No.
Not all URLs require a referer to be set - a dialogbox would be annoying to many users.
If you always need the same Referer for this host, I could add a plugin setting where you can define a permanent Referer and/or add a trait that you can add to the URL which then contains the referer (similar to keep2share).

I get that, that's is why it should ask for referer only when the link throws this response;

Yes, implementing something like this should be useful, if accompanied by the previous feature I mentioned.
