Dk If I've report it in the right place, but now we can't download from exhentai at all cause it tells me the pluigin is outdated :0

Ah sorry if I might have worded that wrong but that issue is fixed now. It's just that I felt like sharing it as well since that behavior was only present before the fix release.

So far it's only seem to happens with exhentai (e-hentai still works fine)

Did you set any "special" settings on the exhentai website?
I know they do have a lot of settings which also affect how the website looks like?
Please check this if I'm right, check, if it works with the default settings/view.

I might not be able to help you without having your ehentai login credentials.

Nope I didn't changed anything, the issue started around the time the former issue on this thread was solved as well, my guess is that they changed something on their end and it just an issue of outdated pluging like it was in the past when identical issue occur.


Another issue I want to add if we already on the ExHentai case, is that sometimes it won't let you download things from it via jdownloader if it sees the file is in bytes, it will give you an "Server Error file is too small" error and will keep try to download it forever, it been like that for years on both E-and EX hentais and Idk if it's something that come from their ends, but I thought I should mentioned it and add a log just in case

Why did you wait years to report that?
Our team is not permanently using our software all of the time so especially with plugin related issues it's like that: We won't find them unless you report them.
It was a very buggy errorhandling, implemented to prevent downloading this "koala image" which they used to show when you tried to access content that required users to be logged in.

I've adjusted that.

Regarding the other issue:

Why did you wait years to report that?

I'm not a casual here and I've made my user only a year ago to report about some specific issue, also back few years ago when I've read somewhere that the english forum is secondry to the german one (or something along the lines) it didn't really made me feel like I will get reply any time soon so I made my user only when I was really desperate xD

It was a very buggy errorhandling, implemented to prevent downloading this "koala image" which they used to show when you tried to access content that required users to be logged in.

I've adjusted that.

Hm your log implies a "first time login" process upon accessing an exhentai URL -> You get redirected to the mainpage then.

I've added a check for that which tries to access the galery URL again in this case.

I'm not sure why it happens - it would make be a good idea to update the login cookies again in this case but I'll not do that for now as they do get updated every 30 minutes anyways.
