Default chomikuj bug report + partial fix

I tried to fix this one myself, and I did manage to fix part of it, but I've spent a lot of time on it (i suck at java) and so it's time for a bug report instead.

bug report: chomikuj is broken (and has been for a pretty good while)

Most of the problem is due to the fact that they have changed the page to stop using chomikId and __accno.

Thankfully, the changes are very straightforward:
- chomikId was renamed ChomikName
- __accno is now __accname

A search/replace of chomikId => ChomikName and __accno ==> __accname in both the decrypter and the host plugin fixes most of the problems.

However, there are at least 2 bugs remaining, even after the changing every occurrence of chomikId and __accno in the plugins:
- adding a non-leaf folder fails to find the subfolders in that non-leaf folder
- https links do not work.

other stuff:
- I managed to find an old pastebin with the old page markup. It helped me find how the markup had changed. Maybe you'll find it useful too? **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Can you please provide some example links.
I've applied your suggested modifications. Plugin now handles old and new.
