rename serialize
I couldn't find a faq for the renaming options, so here's my question. I'm trying to rename files by serializing them. Example:
potato01.jpg potato02.jpg potato03.jpg potato04.jpg potato05.jpg tomato01.png tomato01.png tomato01.png tomato01.png tomato01.png To rename them to: salad01.jpg salad02.jpg salad03.jpg salad04.jpg salad05.jpg salad06.png salad07.png salad08.png salad09.png salad10.png What would be put in the rename options instead of the default $1? Thanks in advance for the help. |

automatically with package customiser rule, regular expressions are your friend.
else select item and use the rename function, in which you can also use regular expressions and even preview function. in respect to indexing there is a dynamic tag for memory but its not showing within the right click popups.... hmmm. That said you need to know what you are going to name the outcome. raztoki

Thanks for that, but how to keep the extension? Instead of 001.jpg, 002.jpg I got 001, 002.

Just one more thing.
When using those <jd:> commands, the preview doesn't resolve them: |
