Default Add and improve fetching from direct links as telegramfiles.tk or .ga

I have test these links (these direct links are generated using a telegram bot) and it works on JD but not well
Example links

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Some problems:

- Links are not recognize at first sight
- Speed is discontinuous (sometimes 5MiB/s or 200 KiB/s) usually low speed
- Sometimes file is on "Download" and then I see that it is on "Starting.." and so again or sometimes is on "Host Offline?"

I add a LOG

@nathan1:
-url format is not supported by any plugin, thus no reaction when you copy the link to clipboard.

-you can use/create a linkcrawler rule to *teach* JDownloader how to parse those links, see
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...kcrawler-rules
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...ple-directhttp
Please try for yourself first but of course we can/will help if you need help/got questions.

-the "Host Offline" errors come from
Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
either server runs into timeout or local firewall/av is causing the issue

-speed issues are caused server side, they also happen when downloading in browser and might be the same cause for those "Host Offline" errors

@Jiaz

What does it mean "server runs into timeout or local firewall/av is causing the issue" ?

Do you say that filehost (in this context telegram servers) slow the speed of downloading ?

Yes, the cause of the slow speed is caused by the server. overload server/overloaded routing..can be many different causes. The slow speed also happens in normal download in browser, so has nothing to do with JDownloader

?
The "Host Offline" errors come from download aborts due to read timed out, JDownloader wants to read data from network/server but longer than x no more data received = connection closed -> error. This can be caused by firewall/av but in this cases, I think it's caused by server and too long period of *slow* = no speed at all.
