Running on Win7 x64 Home Premium.
Configured JD2 to start minimised.

Using my.jdownloader.org web interface settings tab and click on the "Restart JD", on my host windows computer JD2 restarts and remains minimised.

If there is an update it says "Update and Restart JD" I click on it and it shuts down, I get the installing updates window, and then it starts up in a regular window.

Obviously there is no way to restart it locally without opening it to a window but if you are running it on a remote computer you don't want it restarting windowed.
