High Resource Consumption

First, This did not happen before, i dont know the reason but when the JD is open my PC slows down, i check the Resource Monitor and sincerly i dont see anything wrong, here is an Screenshot of the Resource Monitor



the problem occurs after certain hours assets, not immediately and then the Download Speed slows down too, here is an Screenshot of the Download Speed



My features are

Processor Intel Dual Core 2.6ghz 800 BUS Speed
2GB ram DDR2
Nvidia GeForce 9400GT
OS Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64-bits

Hope this have an Solution, i was thinking if is the Java... but i dont know.

I don't see any problem with your CPU nor memory consumption.
