I can crawl the link with no problems but when I try to start the download it doesn't work. The status message is "Skipped - Account is missing". This link doesn't require a premium account so I have no idea why this error is showing.
I tried to download the same link via browser and had no problem. Example link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** log-ID: 08.12.20 16.36.02 <--> 09.12.20 03.04.26 jdlog://4441525302851/ |

Link requires account for me. Cannot download in free mode
Most likely you have some cookie/referer in browser that allows that file to be downloaded in free mode. Can you try incognito mode and just copy/paste the link? JDownloader does only see the *premium only*, same as I do in Chrome/Firefox/Opera

That's so strange. I just tried incognito mode in both chrome and edge and I could download in free mode with no problem.
Could it be that they made the free mode available only in certain regions of the world? |

Where are you from? Geo location? Could we do a teamviewer session and check this together? Contact me via support@jdownloader.org

I'm from Brazil. Just checked again in incognito mode and the file is available in free mode for me.
Maybe this hoster has some kind of geo-location restriction for free mode. |

Most likely yes. Now we need to find out why browser shows the free download while JDownloader doesn't see it.
Would it be possible to do a teamviewer session with you so we can check this together? Contact us via support@jdownloader.org
