Generally these are two links to one content.
Theoretically I woul dsay, they're same, not identical, but loading same content - the 2nd one as You see have some more GET parameters.

1.While this works: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

2.This one won't: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Please let me know if this works for You, and if the link grabber copies the 2nd link so it's recognizable. I've had a problem with the 2nd link, JD said something like (translating from Polish): "not working plugin". The 1st link (a clean link) works without issues.
