[Solved] rapidgator wont download

HI all. I have been searching the forums and found this thread: https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=77100

But I couldn't find an answer on why I cant download. The files are alive, but jdownloader says FILE NOT FOUND. When I do it via my browser, it says file temporary offline or something along those lines.

I have tried different IP addresses and same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

10:27PM: I tried a new RG account and was able to download 1 file, but then the other said file not found again. What is going on? Am I banned from their server? How do I get unbanned? Why am I banned?

So I guess the issue is at RG and not here. I am sorry. I don't know but it seems they have banned me or something. I can access their site fine and access my account fine, but I can't download :(

The log shows that you were using API, and response of API server is file not found.
Try disable API in plugin settings.

Thanks for the reply and help. I did test that, but when I do that, it says "file temporarily unavailable" :(. I find it strange that I can access their site fine, but can't download anything nor can I PING it at all as you can see.

Yes, this is a form of ban. This usually kicks in if you download too much in a short span of time. Basically, they ban you if you use too much of the bandwidth that you paid for.

This is a shadow ban, of sorts. It's not an account ban, but a technical rate limit. No way to get this ban lifted.

Once RG bans you like this, you can only download 1 file every 5 minutes.

You should contact Rapidgator support about that. We can't tell nor help you with that. As it also happens with new account, it sounds like sort of IP *shadow* ban like described.
