IVE GOT TO reinstill jdownloader, but i can't see anywhere that allows me to keep the programs that i haven't down loaded yet? please tell me their is?

What exactly do you mean? In case you want to reinstall but keep your settings/lists..you can do
1.) backup/copy the complete JDownloader folder or at least the cfg folder
2.) install JDownloader again
3.) restore/copy back the complete JDownloader folder or at least the cfg folder

Good that's all right , but is there away to move the files into say notepad or notepad++ coz i can't see away to do it, ive had to do it twice before id had to lose it, i just want to take them out and save them for when i want to put them back in again using linkgrabber. Sorry if it's a bit jumbled.

That is not possible. Simply backup the complete cfg and you are on the safe side!
