Same here with Uploaded.to. I even restarted the PC and can download with my browser, so this seems to be a problem with the update. I d'led immediately before and after this was finished, applied the update, this makes it pretty sure this patch is the problem.

Must have been the update that's fore sure.

By the way, I run win764bit, avira firewall/antivirus, latest update of java 32bit

plagio is right, we should add some info about our systems. In my case it is Win 7 SP1 64Bit, Java 1.6.0_23-b05, Kaspersky Antivirus, Windows Firewall.

win7 x86, no antivirus... and since OSX doesn't work either, I guess it doesn't matter:P

Yeah, as I started typing, flakmunkey hadn't posted and I needed a sec to check the version of my Java. With Mac having the same problem it is indeed a surprisingly huge bug with jDownloader, maybe something did broke as they uploaded the patch. Such kind of error is found pretty easily while testing.

Ok it's obvious there's a problem and people are on it, just to say jd just died on me too, after latest update.

Just out of curiosity is there any easy way I can revert back to previous version?

Same problem here, saw the update, updated now JD is completely F'ed:
-Downloads don't work (stuck at connecting...)
-It's incapable of retrieving info from my premium account when I add it (re-installed JD thinking it would fix the problem)
-Linkgrabber gets stuck

First time I have an issue with JD since I use it.

I have the same problem after the update, the JDownloader Portable is still working.

Actually the update took too long and there were some problems with Java afterwards, so I had to reinstall the Java.

Same here. I'm using Mac OS, everything was working totally nice until one minute and suddenly JD went "connecting" with all my different premium user and other accounts, and nothing is happening now... I tried to remove my accounts, and to add tham again, but it didn't helped.

Please guys of the JD - do some tricks!
JD was working so great and I really love it! Let's keep it same way
