Note that most of the developers (and me also) are Germany so you can write in German with us

Hi,

I just wanted to point out that this issue has still not been fixed. My one and only Ul.to premium account for the last few years have constantly been switching from Premium station to "Account is ok". When account is ok, I can only download 1 or 2 files each time whereas if the status is Premium, I have set it to download 8 files at a time. As I write this, my account has been switched to ok again.

Thanks

Your log only contains some extraction fails and connection problems...

Howdy, I'm back and the "Account is ok" has returned.

A few days ago I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 and then installed JDownloader for the first time in this newly installed OS. I waited until JD has downloaded the latest and greatest updates before I make this post (actually, if I didn't download the latest updates, JD will forever say my Uploaded.net (ul.to) premium account is a "registered (free) account" and I cannot download the way a premium account is suppose to download").

FYI, my premium account does not expire until March 26, 2015 and I have been using it without a problem as "premium account" before the reinstall. And according to my personal log, I also reinstall Windows 7 x64 a few days ago before the post I made on this thread on Feb 12, 2013.

So, maybe it has something to do with newly reinstall Windows. And just like the previous times, the problem will eventually go away in a few weeks. But if you are planning to look into it, attached is my latest log.

Hope it helps and thanks for your help in advance

Video Proof

It's a short video and please bare with me with the constant tab flipping. And forgive the poor video quality. I had to make sure it can fit in attachment.

Basically, the video shows first it shows "premium account", then I added more links for it to download and when a download finished and JD refreshed the download list, I flip back to the Premium Host setting and Wala! my premium account status is reverted back to "Account is ok"

.

PS. When "Account is ok", I have to refresh my account to ensure the status is "Premium account" again and then I have to stop and restart all downloads. Otherwise, download speed will be very slow and queued files cannot be downloaded in parallel.

.

Video Proof 2:

Stopping a download also revert the premium status to "Account is ok"

.

The log is not detail enough, please close JD, start with windows_brdebug.bat, recreate the problem and upload the log.

You can create it yourself, content: java -jar -Xmx512m JDownloader.jar -debug -brdebug 2> errlog.txt >log.txt
Place it in JDownloader folder.

FYI, there is a WINDOWS_CREATELOG.BAT in the JD folder that includes the command-line you mentioned. However, this batch file doesn't do anything. It just flashes because JAVA.EXE is not in the search path. I had to copy the java.exe from the JRE7\bin or SysWOW64 folder to the JD path or include the long path in the command-line.

Attached are errlog.txt and log.txt.

Thanks for your help!

Cheers,

WINDOWS_CREATELOG.BAT still doesn't have enough detail, should copy exactly like I wrote. And please just do like Video Proof 2.

No download start / stop... maybe easier if you PM your account and example link, let us check it for you.

Or try disable the free download in account usage rule (not sure if this can be done in JD 0.9).

Thanks for your help.

I've switched to using JD2 instead. I am not sure if JD2 has that problem or not but if all else fails, I also have a Real-Debrid account to download from.

Cheers

Hi there!
I have this problem as well. It sometimes wants me to do a captcha for my premium account and it also downloads at free speeds. About half the time it either aborts or comes up with a disconnect time out. All this stated about 2 weeks ago.

Despite showing "Account is ok", it seems to download normal now with JD 0.9.

Anyway, I sent mail to Uploaded.net and its support ask you to register for a free account and let him know the ID, he might be able to give premium access for a limited time. Please do that and let me know the account name please.

Thanks
