Realdebrid or nowdownload problem?
Hi, here we go with this strange error
I use realdebrid multihost and I download some nowdownload link that exist and via real-debrid website is available and full working. If I download it via jd2 on pc, all ok If I download it via jd2 on nas I've some strange effect Assume that I put 6 link and I tell to jd2 to download 3 file at time, so files 1 and 2 are fully download but from files 3 to 6, the message is account missing, but real-debrid works and is connected So I reset the files from 3 to 6 and I restart jd2, now files 3 and 4 are fully download but from files 5 to 6, the message is account missing, and real-debrid works and is connected And so on until the files are all downloaded. This is my log id: jdlog://8997901113541 Any Idea? |

The log shows real-debrid give:
{"error":11,"message":"l tuo file non \u00e8 disponibile sull' host"} so the host is temporarily removed from the list by JD.

But in reality is available, in fact after the files are download and after the restart the files that previously are skipped is downloaded ... The message on jd2 is about the account is missing, the file results online and available, you can check it.

The message from real-debrid is also real.
The skip is when premium fails, free download is tried, if it needs premium then it will be skipped. The file is available doesn't mean that real-debrid can give you that file. Please wait for developer if you want plugin behavior be changed.

Tnx.
I think that is a real-debrid problem, because the file exist and if I put a entire list on real-debrid web form I can generate all file in a click. So, only the developer of rd plugin can solve this problem But the strange fact is that not always this problem happen, for example now, is something like 6 files that run like a charm |

just because you use website and generate links doesn't mean they are downloadable. the generated link that RD gives you is just an ID which they can reference for later (in there database). Some errors are only triggered when you go to download that generated link, which you don't see unless you read jd logs! JD analyses and processors all these errors. I would test a given link in browser (just generate that link yourself), and try and download in browser. Please do this test within minute of it failing in JD and if it fails in browser also, then not JD issue that we need to resolve.

Ok I'll try.
But why after a restart, the links that previously fails, are downloadable? |

@Chryses
because we keep the failed hosts in memory with timestamps, restarting JD means this map is cleared. raztoki
