[User feedback required] JD2 Downloads Do Not Start

Hi JD team,

I am using JD2 Jar method (as close I can get to portable style), and I update it regularly.

I like to add my links Manually in LinkGrabber and then choose the ones I like and Add them to Downloads Tab.

Q1: How come when I push on Start Arrow in Downloads Tab ... nothing Happens, the File does NOT start the Download?

Q2: Why with JD2, the Download operation is miss & go, sometimes it works and sometimes just sits there? Can NOT even "Force" a download!!!

BTW, just found out that JD1 no longer supports YouTube downloads and I get a ton of Encouragement Ads from JD to Switch to JD2 ... oh well!

To me JD1 is/was Bullet-Proof and Dummy-Proof.

About your problems:
Please provide more info about your OS and used Java version and also post screenshots, a log and example links.
