Are you a free- or a premiumuser?
Does the problem always happen?

yea its still doing it, i'm a free user, i can download using browser, but now the plugin in jdownloadr just says waiting for new ip, i have verified this is not true by starting a download using browser.
i will look for log.
will have to wait because now log just says i can't have simultaneous download going on lol, well yea...

I see the same thing (free user), after downloading one file, one the next file it says that only one file can be downloaded at a time (or some such message). No matter how long I wait, it says the same thing.

What I found that works is restarting JDownloader. Then (if I had waited sufficient time), I can download another file. Then it's back to the same message until I restart JD again.

Hmm, it made a lair out of me. I just tried another one after one completed and the timer counted down for the next one (without restarting JD). I planned to get a log, but it worked. A recent update must have corrected it. If I notice the problem again, I'll grab a log.

Ok thanks mates. JD is now perfectly downloading from Rapidgator again. When I started JD today, it displayed 26 updates. So gladly saw rapidgators plugin coming by the update info......
When it restarted, it worked perfectly again. Thank you VERY VERY much.
And yes I was a free-user.

Unfortunately I have the original free user problem: "You can't download more than one file within a certain time period in free mode". Waiting doesn't help.
The screen is after waiting 15 mins and reset.

yea its still happening, the log doesn't show much, just that it needs a new ip.
but testing in browser, this is always proven false.

"------------------------ Thread: 358 -----------------------
358 9/15/12 2:14:27 PM - WARNING [java_downloader] -> Your IP hasn't changed since last download
358 9/15/12 2:14:27 PM - INFO [java_downloader] -> Too many simultan downloads"

maybe its that bit, but i find the log doesn't seem to mention the rapidgator url by name so who knows. and no, i had not started a browser download at that point.

When you get that again, try via browser to see the actual message. If you upload the full log, actual message might be available there.

I also had the "not more than one at a time" error. But couldn't download more than one link per day, not even in the browser. So it must have been on their end.

And now I get ServerIssue, while in the browser it works fine. The log shows a 302 to rapidgator.net/site/PleaseLogin
Then I get
Code:
--ID:1157TS:1350115832714-10/13/12 11:10:32 AM -  [jd.controlling.downloadcontroller.SingleDownloadController(onErrorDownloadTemporarilyUnavailable)] -> Error occurred: Temporarily unavailable: Please wait 120000 ms for a retry
--ID:1157TS:1350115832714-10/13/12 11:10:32 AM -  [jd.controlling.downloadcontroller.SingleDownloadController(onErrorDownloadTemporarilyUnavailable)] -> Error occurred: Temporarily unavailable: ServerIssue
BTW, I'm on JD2... I hope it's not an issue posting here.

Oh, yeah, downloads never seem to finish... while in browser they do.

I have the same problem.
My account was expired, I bought premiun again, now JD tells me that it's invalid (I tried to reenter the password), even if it works perfectly fine on Firefox.
