Do you still have issues? From log it looks like k2s server issues.
Account is valid/premium and yet download fails because it is premium only

Don't think that it was large issue as no other reports came in

Please raztoki review your last changes. Because with the new Keep2ShareCc.class dated in my system 07/14/2017 i´m getting "host problem" and dont download anything. No problem with previous Keep2ShareCc.class dated 07/07/2017 what I had in another machine.
Changed that only file in new machine and now works.

Default Can't download k2s after recent update

Hi I'm having a problem with keep2share after the latest update. I was able to download files days ago but after updating I can't and I haven't messed with any of the settings. I have a premium account that is good until 2018 with k2share and the account manager says it valid. I keep seeing the symbol that's in the picture I added. Any ideas what's going on?

Edit: I am able to right click and hit open in browser to download that way but it's no fun doing it for every link I've added.

I removed large slabs of code, and tried a different approach.
provide the log so I can see how and where it doesn't work for you.

cheers

tip of the day, always provide logs from failed sessions! report without logs or example links is next to pointless.

Hello.

JD2 no longer processes K2S.CC links. After sending links into the clipboard, the LinkGrabber pane remains blank.

Here is the logfile.

15.07.17 11.50.30 <--> 15.07.17 11.51.25 jdlog://7721114015941/

I checked that JD2 picked up the links by clicking on the "Add New Links" button. The link urls do appear in the "Analyse and Add Links" popup dialog box.

I also selected "Start Deep Link Analyse" from the "Continue" button, but that didn't work either.

Update:

I downloaded the files using FireFox. After entering the captcha and waiting for the 30 second delay, K2S then presents another link for the actual download. I sent that url into the clipboard, but JD2 didn't process that link either. Here is the log with the additional clipped K2S link:

15.07.17 11.50.30 <--> 15.07.17 12.04.00 jdlog://6821114015941/

@weblurker
and the example links are where?
logs for your report do not contain anything due to not triggering plugins.

@raztoki.

I was afraid that might be the case. I didn't know if the log file would record an event where the plugin wasn't triggered.

Here is a set of K2S links that date back to 2016. The links are for premium users only, but JD2 should have been triggered to process the urls.

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I sent this link to the clipboard but JD2 didn't do anything with the link:

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

FWIW, here is the log file:

15.07.17 11.50.30 <--> 15.07.17 13.26.58 jdlog://9331114015941/

Here is a screen capture of JD2. You can see the url in the left Analyse and Add Link window but at the same time, the LinkGrabber pane is empty.

I can not reproduce, tried in SVN and standalone. Debugged in both via break points.
I tried with and without the plugin https setting enabled

maybe you can provide some assistance via Teamviewer? find me on http://jdownloader.org/knowledge/chat

@raztoki

I tried the Jdownloader chat, but you weren't online at that moment.

I did try one thing. I went to Settings -> Plugins -> Keep2share.cc and turned on two settings, "Use API (recommended) and "Enable reconntect workaround". But that didn't help.

What would you have asked me to do, had we been on the chat at the same time? I'll do those tests and post the results in this thread.

Edit: I see that you're on the chat now. I'll switch over to there.

isolated the issue to been a windowsXP issue (both weblurker and jdboy6 use that os) I need to further identify what the cause is, since its just been introduced (so claimed)

tried with java 1.7 and 1.8 = fails
rebooted os = fails
on the same network from different os = works
different sites using antiddos = works
different site without antiddos = works.

Hi!

Same problem here.

Jdownloader portable installation with Java 1.8.131 (32bit) testet on WIN7 Ultimate SP1 64bit and WIN10 pro 1703 64bit

Links from keep2share.cc (k2s.cc also), depfile.com and s2l.biz are ignored by the linkgrabber.

share-links.biz, uploaded.com, share-online.com, rapidgator.net, filejoker.net, filesmonster.com, datafile.com and depositfiles (dfiles.eu, depositfiles.com) links are recognized by the linkgrabber.

Example link (uploaded this today to my k2s premium account) which is not recognized:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Solved weblurker issue, caused by outdated/out synced JDownloader CORE!. plugin updates where correct revisions but how the core behaved differently than expected.

Fix was to
close jd
delete Core.jar, tmp/, jd/, update/
and run JDownloader.jar to update all components again.

@jdboy6 @Johnny 5
please try the fix above and report back.

So i delete
"Core.jar"
Folder "tmp"
Folder "jd"
Folder "update"

And i run JDownloader2.exe that start update download and a long installation...

After, JD2 start but work a long time before be operational

Plugin Keep2Share keep "use API" activated, that's ok ?

K2S links work again with https or not

;)

you might not have it installed, but its located on your computer.
within JD it be within jre/ directory
I'm surprised if its not on your system too, just the system PATH might not be set

working now?

You dont put JAVA inside the installation "pack" of JD ?

When we run JDownloader2.exe we start also JAVA only for that JD2 can work on a Windows computer, no ?

Yes K2S links work again...

I Keep different JD2 portable installation, because i not so confident with update...

This time i don't check if everything work before updated my principal JD2 version.

@jdboy6
all JDownloaders installs are portable, you just start it via JDownloader.jar

thought as much, which proves all three people who had issues all had bad installations.

@raztoki: they had more plugins that are available, I guess some old plugins overwrote the new ones and that's why it failed. I will add some debug code so we can see such replacements in log

@Jiaz, I don't think that is the case as k2s classes have not changed names. I did also check weblurker k2s plugin classes for revision $ and they were up to date. To me it was core issue.

@raztoki: im not talking about k2s plugins, but there were more plugins than should be so it might be caused by some other plugin taking over the url listener. there is no reaction and no errors in logs. I will add some debug infos
