I have double checked, JDownloader keeps displaying "decrypter out of date", and checking for updates ends with "no updates available"

Note that you have revision 16753 of the plugin but the current revision is 17631.

Updates are usually released every 7-14 days.
You can check if updates have been released by comparing the date of the last released update on our changelog with the current date.
