Default [SolvedwithnextMAJORupdate] JD extracts before all parts are available

I've seen it [too] many times: JD starts extracting whenever the .part1.rar becomes available, even if there are more parts to download. Doesn't matter if those remaining parts are enabled, enabled-but-not-yet-decrypted (for Mega) or disabled.

Fortunately the extraction fails. But since I have "delete archives after extraction", I'm afraid someday the partial extraction will succeed (e.g. if there are no files that cross .part boundaries) and JD will delete files.
