I am not up to date with the features in JD2 beta, but is there a guiless version jet? I want to run JD2 on my Ubuntu server without a GUI. It would be nice if there is a posibility to do that and controll it via webinterface or a remote Client.

the components in order to make that happen are been written, and constructed now. For example
new API
new captcha push (mobile services) based on new API
new captcha framework for easier CES (captcha exchange services).
new webui based on new API.

Slightly unknown when the GUI dependency will be no longer required.

I think that a guiless JD2 is very important for many people. pyLoad is not really an option.
