Default Plain text, non-encrypted container file

Can we have a plaintext-decrypter?
It would be nice to be able to send a collection of files + password etc in a format which doesn't need encrypting. A plain text file like the one below would work well!

Code:
=Title of package
*password, if required
#Comments could be
#Multiline if needed

Can you pls provide some more examples about how you think such a container file should look like.

Also be more specific if a container only contains 1 package or can have multiple packages in it?

I would like to see a container format too, it should contain also the additional data needed to recover the same situation
if You reimport it with JD. All Datas should be displayable with "EDIT" normal links should be non-encripted, DLC maybe still encrpted at the end of the file.

This file format is very useful specialy in case of an update by JD. Sometimes i have links inside of JD that can only be open by browser, if storaged by DLC they can't be open because they are encripted than.
