I have jDownloader2 set to english but arte.tv plugin configuration is in some different language. Does it not have english translation at all or is this some error?

Some (often older) plugins still use older configuration system that's missing localization support.

Well, I want to download **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** in best video quality and with english or polish subtitles. When I add this link to jDownloader it adds these to linkgrabber:

I don't see any version with english or polish subtitles so I tried to look into plugin settings to see if there's anything that can be changed to fix it.

wait for next plugin update, then you will have additional plugin settings for
english,italian, spanish and polish at the bottom. there you select
Polnisch and English
before the update only english and french was supported
