Default Problem with (some) jigsaw captchas

I have problems adding links with some jigsaw captchas. If the problem occurs, I can do nothing but click on the "send" or "cancel" button. Adding the link again, I mostly get a completely different captcha type. I've experimented a bit, and I mus say that I can not reproduce getting the problematic captcha type on a specific link, so I omitted example links.

I have come across two different types of jigsaw captchas (see attached images):
- the jigsaw pieces to move have a rectangular border and are stacked, this one works
- the jigsaw pieces to move are just placed somewhere, they can not be moved using the mosue

Not sure if it matters, but I'm using JD2 on Linux (64 bit).
