I get this from frequently these days, but I can download again if I do a reset on the link. However, reset also means starts download from the very beginning of byte 0.

Sometimes it seems that pan.baidu detects JD and gives response code 403 error_code: 31326 so JD displays that message.

how can I tell JD2 to retry and continue the download without having to reset?

You cannot - JD will do this automatically after some time.
Please post a log and the links which failed.
Did they work after some retries or did they never work?

all links do this. I always do one reset and the failed link would work again until it downloaded something and failed with that message again. the downloaded amount at failing point varies even fro the same file. for experimentation purpose, I also tried to download using single chunk in FDM and see FDM has to retry/reconnect more than 999 times on a 963MB file. the reason for retry was that no data was received for more than a minute
