The direct link only works for 5 or 7 days, then it expires, so you did not test it in the required time.
For me it shows incorrect coding! Font "Times New Roman"
Another link supported in a long time defective plugin "Account Missing", so I wanted to add a direct link.
I do not remember what test account I gave, please check my old e-mail messages.
Or ignore this suggestion because I do not have the required transfer or other test link.

Adding a direct download link -> JDownloader either uses filename given in Disposition header or try to parse/guess from URL. do not expect url filenames to have correct encodings!

Adding the normal link -> JDownloader shows correct filename for me.
Without Account I cannot test. Send logins to support@jdownloader.org

Account missing -> is no plugin error but happens when the download requires an account.

I can't test because the example link is 680MB but the account only has 44mb left.
Please try to find an example that I can download. For example upload a dummy file yourself on your account with the same name?

Just uploaded file with same name and works fine when norma link is added.

Issue is caused because hoster does not provide correct filename header
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="J%c3%b3zef .....
the header is missing encoding information!

the chomikuj plugin has handling for this but the generic (when you add the final download url) doesn't

In the browser, Chrome correctly recognizes the name of the file, even Unicode if I want to save the file from the direct link. Earlier you said that it correctly shows the coding, now you say it is not.

I download via the plugin via the normal chomikuj link (that you can open in browser) -> plugin will take care of the special handling -> filename correct.

Then I tried to download via direct download link (like you) and the server responds with wrong header. without plugin JDownloader had no handling for this -> wrong filename.
Browser *guesses* and returns what it thinks is best.

wait for next core update and then JDownloader also returns what it thinks is best
