I'm trying to understand why the XTube plugin will download paid videos sometimes and others not. I was downloading some videos from a specific channel like this example URL:

And JDownloader will parse the link just fine, and although it is on a very low bitrate I'm Ok with that, the file is only 480p-362kbps, but the duration of 10min is correct. The thing is some links just won't download, and I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but all of the links that failed were from older videos 2 years ago onward. It started here:

The video is still recognized by the plugin, but a file size can't be determined, and will fail to download with a Missing Account Error.

If you check the channel profile all videos before the "POSING FLEXING..." (Link 1) are successfully downloaded, there is a Paid Picture Gallery next and everything after this failed to download with the exception of course of the Free Sample Videos.

Does anyone has any idea of what can be the problem, I tried downloading with and without a [FREE] account and it didn't seem to make a difference either way. Thanks for the help!

Hi,

it seems like this is just a bug on their website which randomly got used in our plugin.

There is no problem and nothing to fix - it works for some videos and for others it doesn't.

To be more precise:
We still have an old way of downloading videos implemented in this plugin.
It gets executed as a fallback if no links were found via the current way.
It seems like this sometimes returns downloadlinks even for account restricted content but not always.
