Default Linksnappy for input string: "null"

I've noticed since yesterday my jdownloader 2 is not able to use the premium linksnappy account anymore.

Upon further inspection at settings > account manager > the linksnappy account status has been on "Linksnappy for input string: "null"" with a temp diabled timer counting down every 5 mins (highlighted in yellow).

Use account to download is checked for linksnappy I also verified my linksnappy account premium still has 40+ days left by logging on to the linksnappy webpage. I tried restarting jd2, removing and re-adding the account in jd2 to no avail.

Incidentally my ryushare account also is highlighted yellow and status is on "Cannot check account" but I assume that has little to do with my linksnappy issue since the filehost ryushare itself seems to be dead.

I guess firewall/av causing issues. Make sure JDownloader and java are excluded on them.
Provide a logfile. Menu -> Help -> Create log and give logID

I checked the firewall and exception rules for firewall are enabled, to be 100% sure I disabled the firewall (windows default firewall) and AV (avira free) and checked again but no change in the situation.

The requested lodID: 05.08.15 02.21.05to05.08.15 12.58.32 jdlog://6964662095341/

seems they change data from int to float
easiest would be to provide username/password to raztoki via private message or send to support@jdownloader.org

We did not fix anything
It seems you changed "usage" or "quota" from integer to float
now says for input string: "0.96367645263672"

Make it int and it works fine again, if you change data formats you must inform us first!

Hello, We have changed from type integer to float for more accuracy.
You should accept both integers and floats for values such as traffic. We didn't know you limited it to integers.
Let us know when you are ready to update our plugin so we can update our api accordingly.
We need to change it to send values as Bytes instead of MB.
For now its float in MB, we will change it to Bytes in integer type. (we will inform you before updating)

best bet is instead of changing API like you have (numerous times now), make another version of it within URL structure that way you don't effect applications until they are ready to update.

I'll have a look at those changes for you shortly.

Should be fixed now

btw we already store everything in bytes, so this is the preferred response value for us.

Just to explain why data type is important

In Java a float is not an int So you cannot change data type as you like

We have one more issue, not all of our supported hosts are being shown as supported in jDownloader (Uploaded.net for example). I checked our api and it has uploaded in it :

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Fixed: Didn't check 100% code, anyway there was greater than less than sign that was inverted, which prevented quota over 0 from been added to host array. Now it should be addressed.

effected any entry with quota so datafile, depfile, depositfiles, keep2share, letitbit, shareonline, turbobit, ulozto, uploaded

thanks

1. You're right. I meant "uploaded.to". Still, neither shows up as available, which prevents downloading.

2. Yet another issue probably has nothing to do with JDownloader 2 itself.
I can't download anything from extmatrix using either JD2 or even LinkSnappy's own website.

@performant
Extmatrix is inaccessible at their own end :
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I am able to see uploaded.net in my jDownloader. You might need to update/restart/re-add your linksnappy account.

@performant
best to bring that up with linksnappy support directly. JDownloader only supports linksnappy via api or website interface, there backend needs to provide the desired outcome.

Shows up only if your traffic / quota is above 0

accounts auto scrape every ~30minutes.

Deleting and re-adding the LinkSnappy account did the trick.

I thought just invoking "Refresh" would suffice. Restarting JD2 didn't work, either.

p.s. In my previous post intended to report the hoster list issue, I went on to add a mention of the extmatrix issue while I was at it, partly because LinkSnappy's own support is not very responsive. It took them more than 24 hours to get an actual human to respond to support tickets. I was sorta hoping any of their support staff would take notice.
