Default socks5 proxy and broken DNS

So, as people probably know netload.in sort of died, sort of, as its still really there, just DNS is gone.

However, if one has the IPs it still works (which I do, and have set via /etc/hosts) and it works in jd2 for direct connections, but it doesn't work for socks5 proxy requests

it seems to try to do a

SEND tcp connect request by domain:api.netload.in

and since that can't be resolved on the proxy side it fails. While this seems reasonably sane in a normal case, it might be worth making a setting where we don't have to rely on proxy side for resolving?

In looking at the code, it seems like the infrastructure is already there for it, just depends on how the socks proxy class is created with DESTTYPE.DOMAIN or .IPV4

or to be more precise 85.131.244.110 netload.in **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.netload.in works, but api.netload.in doesn't seem to work anymore which means jd2's plugin can't work as is.
