i have a premium subscription to filejoker and have added it to the JD2 account manager. But still I am being asked for a load of captchas on every download! I thought the point of premium was NOT having captchas!

I have added a rule for filejoker in the account manager to disable free downloads option.

Any ideas?

About filejoker.net captcha in premium mode:

There are two reasons you might get captchas in filejoker premium mode (even with correctly setup account usage rule).

1. Login - filejoker will nearly always ask for a captcha on first login/expired cookies.

2. "Site-Verification" captcha on "too many requests in a short time".
Example:
You try to download this testfile uploaded by me:
filejoker.net/5fq7bgega1vr
filejoker can redirect you (or JD) to such a page at any time:
filejoker.net/?op=captcha&id=5fq7bgega1vr
--> It will not let you continue to download until you either solve that captcha or maybe wait some time (untested).

What you can try to do to avoid this from happening:
1. Do NOT use a VPN.
2. Use connection settings max. connections = 1 and max. downloads = 1 in JD to avoid causing "too many" requests in a short time.
3. Contact the filejoker support and ask them to remove these ridicolous limitations.

Additionally, I recommend you to add an account usage rule for filejoker and disable the free download in JD so that JD does not fallback to free mode in case there are too many issues in premium, but instead keeps trying in premium mode.
An automatic fallback to free mode can of course also cause captchas but this was not the case in the posted logs!

I've increased the start-intervall between Downloads from 8 seconds to 20 seconds for the next update.

I do not have a premium account to test so this is just a blind attempt which may- or may not help to prevent these captchas.

Hello again it is me.
I hope I post this in the correct subforum.

Today I have experienced a strange error while downloading files (I have a Premium) via the jDownloader - sometimes via browser too.
The Site/App asks me to solve captcha?
How come if I'm a Premium Vip Member?

I really don't know.
Is this something that jd Developer Team can check up if I provide you with the log?
Here it is - the ID, to be exact.
