Default Too Many Different IPs Used?

This is with Oron.

Sorry if this has been brought up before but every search has just been met with 'The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search '.

I have just changed ISP and no longer have a static IP. I have checked settings (particularly the reconnect) and everything seems fine yet I constantly get the above message.

I have two Oron accounts. Occasionally they both revert to Account OK and a refresh changes them back to Premium User. But, even when set to Premium user, I still get the 'Too many...'.

I have Max. Con. = 1, Max. DL. 2

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Reconnect means change IP, so if you have premium account, don't use reconnect.

I think I missunderstood the rasoning behind Reconnect within JD.

I assumed it was a method of reconnecting should the line drop.

Actually, looking at the uop of JD the Reconnect icon doesn't have a tick in it so I assume it wasn't doing this anyway. If so, why else could I be getting the error about multiple IPs?

Thanks for your reply.

Observe your IP for several days (how often you get that message?), if you get that message while IP is still the same, report to Oron, JD only passes it to you from Oron.

if you have a premium account you can disable the reconnect. in case you have an unstable internet connection your ip can also change often which could lead oron to think that you share your account with others. in both cases i would contact oron to clarify this

Thanks for the replies.

All seems OK now. I'll monitor it and see how it goes.

Cheers

Sorry, but this issue persists and I am at a loss as to why.

Currently download are restricted again from Oron with the same message as before.

The IP address show in the Reconnection box is actually different to what my IP is showing as from **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.whatismyip.com.

There is no tick in the reconnect icon and I have deleted references to my router, user name and password as well as router IP from the Reconnect box.

Any further help much appreciated. I have also requested help from Oron on this.

change pw on your account (to block those who maybe got hands on your account) and make sure your ip stays online. connection issues can cause getting new ip's all the time.
