dear all, i've noticed a terrible wrong situation with current jdownloader, i've a group of file in download, all with easybytez mirrored by katfile, but i notice that katfile plugin does not work anymore giving bad result in file size and unable to download everything (plugin outdated), but in this situation files are correctly downloaded by easybytez plugin, but without mirroring functionalities, coz (my idea) by wrong file size of katfile plugin, after correctly downloaded are DELETED by katfile plugin that try to download without result, in this situation i've lost a lot of download time and i don't have downloaded files!

Did you use any reset methods? At the moment I don't have any idea/clue what might have happened. You say that JDownloader downloaded files from easzbytez and then what happened?

example of the problem, i've a file in download, the same file was uploaded on easybytez and on katfile, so jdownloader see that one is mirror and got download telling me that skipping the other one mirrored, but in this case, with katfile plugin broken jdownloader does not see mirror, so both download are necessary for it, after correctly downloaded easybytez one, and i see download content on my hard drive, katfile plugin run and try to download the same file, deleting the old one downloaded by easybytez plugin, i don't have reset or particular configuration, so i don't know why the second download with the same name delete original downloaded file, but the same occur from yesterday until today on all file that i've in download with the same mirroring situation, is clear now ?

Yes but that should be okay now as I fixed the katfile plugin.

That can only happen when you set *File Exists* to Overwrite. Else it would detect the existing file and either skip it, rename new one, or ask you what to do *depends on your settings*

ok i think that i found the matter and i give you example for better explain:

1) i want to download file xxx.yyy that exist on two hosts, one from easybytez and one from katfile
2) i add both link in jdownloader for mirroring support
3) katfile plugin was broken until yesterday, so give jdownloader wrong result, so jdownloader does not work as mirroring but like 2 different files with same name
4) easybytez plugin works and download file
5) katfile remain pending with download by error
6) i delete from download list of jdownloader the katfile link that does not work, but because have same name of file already downloaded by easybytez plugin jdownloader delete also the same file from filesystem thinking that is the one from katfile that i don't want to download anymore

is correct my examination ?

of course i don't have overwrite active in jdownloader, but automatic rename!

When we delete a link, there is a confirmation dialog (unless we disable it), we can choose delete link only or delete link and file.

yes, in fact is not a software bug but an error of distraction caused by mirroring problem that are now solved!

Either you've deleted the file by accident (when you removed the link) or accidently used reset on any of those two links
