Default SharingMatrix: jdownloader did not read the wait time correct from web-page

If one tries to download some files with jdownloader from sharingmatrix.com as free-user ends in jdownloader looping with "waiting for 60 minutes". If one opens the web page in a browser, it shows some other wait time then jdownloader, and download by hand works.

I searched this board and found some posts claiming some similar (but not equal) failures fixed with the next plugin update, but the changelog shows some updates since then, so i think this is a unreported error.

Works for me.
Waiting 60 seconds before the download and starting if after waiting...

Have you tried to download both files? Sometime this problem just shows up after the first download. (the first download works, then 60 minutes waiting loop.)

I'm watching this problem for some days, and the last tries always fails at the first download, so I didn't mentioned it.

The log says "Download quota has been reached". You need to wait because you downloaded your quota. Try it in your browser.

I joined to say I'm also experiencing this problem, you can download a single file maybe once a day through free usage of SharingMatrix in jdownloader but after that it gets into a loop same as goodgirl.

If I manually open the link in a web browser I can download a file that jdownloader is still stuck on in the timer loop. Also the delays is only 5mins in browser instead of the 60mins jdownloader reports.

So thats why I'm puzzled the download quota hasn't been reached if you use the web browser to grab files.

I think Sharingmatrix might be trying to block jdownloader or something ?

It looks like a host that is badly overloaded. They are quadrupling their capacity to try and fix the problem. There is a new pop-up "You cannot download now" that is probably causing JDownloader to delay an hour.

Sharing matrix in both JDownloader and the browser is behaving badly. It starts with a wait, sometimes another wait, and if it is still busy, it displays the pop-up instead of a message about how long to wait again.

The "Download quota has been reached" is because the quota for a Free user is 1 file. Then the quota is renewed when resources free-up.

JDownloader is working correctly in this case. Sharingmatrix is having growing pains.

I beg to differ. Sharingmatrix just uses dynamic wait times, and jdownloader didn't read them correct. If your ip-address is "fresh" you have to wait 1 min, and jdownloader downloads correctly. But later you have longer wait times (5 min or more) and then jdownloader fails because he didn't read the wait time correctly.

Btw: this bug is not solved, at least here it is still there (plugin version 10852)

I am experiencing the same problem, Sharingmatrix works via the browser but not via JDownloader... The log lists:

18 4/11/10 2:22:51 PM - INFO [java_downloader] -> Download quota has been reached

as the problem. When I try the same file via the web, after a wait period the file downloads fine, so it's not the download quota that is is problem.

Jiaz, I'd be interested to hear what the problem is once you identify it.

Thanks!

hello,

besides the redesign of SharingMatrix-site (2-3 days) plugin is not working 2-3 weeks for me too.
currently I´m using a browser to download.
waittimes are 1, 5, 15, 30, 45 minutes if I got a new IP, and after this 45 min the whole rest of my day.
sometimes after waittime should be over and the counter is zero SharingMatrix adds additional seconds or even 2-3 minutes since the redesign via javascript-popup (before it was an extra page with back-link) and counter is ticking again for this additional time.

hope this info helps,
ciao

Its in the tracker and i know about the dynamic timer but i gotta figure out how to access it and how to find out the additional waittime.
Just WAIT!

After retrying it many times i found out how to find the waittime AFTER the waittime (xD).
I fixed it, wait for the next update!
