Mobilism.org <= uploadocean.com problem
- bah I had written a very nice bug report but by the time I had written it all down, I had also found the solution - I don't have write access in svn anymore though and this is too small a change to bother asking for it so...
Could someone with commit access change the UploadoceanCom plugin and change it's SUPPORTS_HTTPS to true please? Short version why: my multihoster breaks with the wrong protocol (http). Long version why (the bug report I had started to write): There is a glitch with the mobilism.org multihoster plugin when trying to download links from uploadocean.com Reading the logs (and with some tries/errors), I am 99% sure of the cause of the problem: the wrong protocol is used (http instead of https) when submitting the link to the "manual downloader" (that's the name for the transloader). to be clearer: - I paste an upload ocean link in jd (the link is https). so for example https://uploadocean.com/doesnotmatter - In usage rules, for uploadocean, the settings indicate to use mobilism.org only (so I am sure that my uploadocean links will all go through the mobilism multihoster). - In the logs, when the post request is sent, the link will have lost it's original protocol (https) and will have an http protocol instead. Part of the log (the post request): Code:
POST /amember/downloader/manual/index.php HTTP/1.1 Host: mblservices.org Referer: **External links are only visible to Support Staff** add_to_url=http%3A%2F%2Fuploadocean.com%2Fqlscqnhthc3y&submit=Go - A link with http (for uploadocean at least) with always return an error code and refuse to transload. |

Wait for next update, then https will be used for uploadocean.com
