Default Language setting

I can't find where can I set, I set it to English in the other versions.
Unfortunately it is Hungarian, according to my IP.

Menu item tooltip remains the previous, If it doesn't exists for the current item.

Seems like it's not implemented yet, but it will come back for sure.
Its just because the new lang strings are missing for the other languages anyways.

Until it's implemented in the UI, you can set the language by creating a "JDownloader.l4J.ini" file in the install directory with the "-Duser.language=en" option set inside of it. That will set the UI to use English language, If you want a different language, just replace the 'en' wit a corresponding language code.
